A damning new report has been released today on the emergency response to last year's devastating Maui wildfire, which claimed more than 100 lives and destroyed the historic town of Lahaina.
Despite days of warnings that critical fire weather was on the horizon, investigators say they found, "no evidence" that officials made any preparations.
