President Biden said that when he took office, he would make an effort to have the United States re-join the Iran Nuclear Agreement.

But so far those efforts are proving to be more difficult to accomplish...with the head of the U.N. nuclear watchdog agency saying that inspections shouldn't be used as a "bargaining chip."
