President Joe Biden addressed the nation yesterday for the first time since he made the official decision to not seek a re-election in November, marking the end of an era for the man who has been under the political spotlight for more than 50 years. 

Now that he announced he's passing the torch to a new generation, Vice President Kamala Harris's campaign today debuted her first TV ad.
