You could say your workspace is like your second home. It's important to feel comfortable in the area you work in because you spend majority of your day there. 

Back in the day, we would see mundane colored cubicles walking into a space. Now, we see an open floor space for coworkers to collaborate and some conference rooms. 

But it turns out workers are not big on the extra shared space.
