Republicans in some red states are seeking to end no-fault divorce, allowing a person to dissolve a marriage without having to prove their spouse did something wrong.

This comes over 50 years after California was the first state to legalize this type of divorce, paving the way for states across the country to adopt legislation as well. 

For more on this, KCBS Radio's Nikki Medoro was joined by Denise Lieberman, Professor at the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis who researches policies concerning gender, sexuality and sexual violence.
