Newsom ends some water restrictions, but are drought concerns over? Expert weighs in

You've been hearing on KCBS that all the rain we've accumulated from the winter storms in California is pulling us out of the years-long drought, with two-thirds of the state now drought-free and just eight percent left in severe drought.

Today, Governor Newsom announced that he's ending some water restrictions, but also warning that the drought is not over.
