Organizers have spent the last few months to gather signatures in support of the Homelessness, Drug Addiction, and Theft Reduction Act. This would overhaul Prop 47 which reclassified some felonies as misdemeanors.

KCBS Radio's Shannon Golden reports, those signatures are headed to election offices around the state, If there's enough, the initiative will make it on the November ballot.
