Despite some improvements in the number of individuals who are unhoused, San Francisco is seeing a dramatic rise in the number of homeless families.

Despite progress among individuals, SF sees rise in unhoused families

The "Today You Were Ready" campaign aims to raise awareness about Hands-Only CPR among Asian Americans, particularly AAPI women. 

The campaign's goal is to empower AAPI women to respond effectively to cardiac emergencies, and encourage their communities to perform Hands-Only CPR on women. 

To tell us more, KCBS Radio's Bret Burkhart was joined by Dr. Justin Lee, board member of the American Heart Association SF Bay Area, and general cardiologist at Stanford Medicine.
