The sensational South Korean girl group, New Jeans, are finding themselves in a legal battle to defend their reputation.
The K-pop group asked a federal court in California to make Google give them information on the individual behind a YouTube account that is spreading defamatory statements about the girls.
That court order recently went through, allowing New Jeans to subpoena information from Google, so they can sue the user under South Korean law.
For more, KCBS Radio anchors Bret Burkhart and Patti Reising were joined by Michael Risch, Professor of Law at Villanova University.
