We've all been there, you get invited to do something or attend a gathering that you really don’t want to but you also don’t feel that you have a good reason to say no. The increase of invites during the holiday season can create more anxiety and pressure to say yes. Our next guest says saying no to those invitations isn’t as likely to offend as most people may think.
