The Polo outbreak is affecting the people of Gaza.  Israel and Hamas have agreed to take brief breaks from fighting.

The effort is especially tough in a war zone where repeated displacement of hundreds of thousands, widespread destruction of buildings and infrastructure, and dangerous conditions for both aid workers and civilians make movement extremely risky.
