Walmart hourly workers can earn six-figures without a college degree. 

In an interview with ABC News, the president and CEO of Walmart said his company is increasing the amount of people they hire for high-paying corporate jobs who didn't go to college. 

John Furner says "while college is great for some, it’s not exactly the right answer for everyone.” 

To discuss this more, KCBS Radio's are joined by Michael Bernick, an attorney with Duane Morris in San Francisco, and the former director of California's Employment Development Department.
