India's recent successful lunar mission sparks questions over it's resources

India recently hit a milestone in space exploration when it landed a rover on the Moon's south pole, where the rover has since found Sulphur and other elements. 

This has sparked renewed concerns over who governs how resources found on the moon will be controlled and potentially distributed.
