There are some scents out there that can remind you of your childhood, or maybe your favorite hiking trail, but all in all smells can be powerful time machines transporting you to specific moments.
And as we age, our sense of smell diminishes, which can impact our mental health. But, research suggests there could be a way to reverse the decline.
