Remember a couple of months back when Elmo tweeted, "How is everybody doing?" garnering a massive response from tens of thousands of people? With answers all over the place, he said on Good Morning America that he was surprised by the amount of response.

Since then, the Sesame Workshop—the nonprofit behind Sesame Street—went further to get a better look at how we're all doing, making some discoveries about the state of mental health in kids and families, and how we talk about it. 

For a closer look, KCBS Radio news anchors Margie Shafer and Eric Thomas spoke with Samantha Maltin, Chief Marketing and Brand Officer for Sesame Workshop. Maltin oversaw the inaugural State of Wellbeing report.
