How cargo-bikes can reduce carbon emissions in Bay Area cities

Researchers at San Jose State University looked into how to reduce emissions of freight delivery in neighborhoods next to busy ports like West Oakland, and found that using cargo bikes are a good way to make local deliveries and make the neighborhood's air healthier.
