A lawsuit is being raised following the death of a 21-year-old woman who had a heart condition, and drank a highly-caffeinated lemonade drink at Panera Bread, with her parents saying she didn't know how much caffeine was in the drink, which has the equivalent of FIVE redbulls.
The suit is raising questions everywhere surrounding the dangers of caffeine and whether or not the risks of energy drinks are properly noted.
