Speaking before Congress this morning Dr. Anthony Fauci expressed optimism a COVID-19 vaccine could come by the end of the year.
While that would be welcome news for everyone, women who are pregnant may have to wait a little longer. That's because the first two large scale vaccine clinical trials won't be tested on them.
