The program DACA, which allows undocumented people who were brought to the U.S. as children to remain in the country, is facing yet another legal challenge after a federal judge yesterday ruled the program is illegal.
The policy is expected to make it's way to the Supreme Court for a third time, leaving so-called "dreamers" in a prolonged legal limbo.
