A ceasefire was announced yesterday morning in the Ukrainian port city of Mariupol, where an estimated 200,000 people are trapped by Russian forces.
The city arranged 50 busses to help citizens escape, but within less than 2 hours, the Russian army was already shelling residential areas, again trapping the civilians. It's now the fifth day without power, sanitation, food, or running water in the city.
