An esteemed member of the culinary world has passed away.
KCBS food and wine editor Narsai David died last night at the age of 87.
Aside from creating wonderful dishes for Bill Graham and the San Francisco Symphony, Narsai had a desire to give back to the community by serving on the board of the Assyrian Aid Society of America, and Chairman of the Berkeley Community Fund.
To hear more of the life and legacy of Narsai David, KCBS Radio's Bret Burkhart and Patti Reising were joined by Doug Sovern, KCBS Political Reporter and longtime friend of Narsai.
