DOJ reportedly preparing antitrust lawsuit against ticketing giant Live Nation

Today, the Department of Justice is reportedly gearing up to file an antitrust suit against Live Nation, parent company of Ticketmaster.

The suit alleges that the nation's biggest concert promoter has used its dominance to undermine the competition.
