You've been hearing on KCBS about today's hearing by the US Supreme Court on President Biden's student loan forgiveness plan.

The question is over whether Biden has the power to broadly cancel the over 400-billion dollars in federal student loans because of the Covid-19 emergency and the court's conservative majority did NOT seem convinced.
