CA waterways in danger of becoming too salty, here's how to help at home

California's waterways are at risk of becoming dangerously salty as the drought causes disruptions in the state's water system.

This highlights an issue being seen in other parts of the country for one reason or another, with experts in DC saying the salt used on icy roads is beginning to make its way into the water there, making many rightfully concerned.
