San Rafael based nonprofit Roots of Peace has 360 employees in Afghanistan.

The organization's founder Heidi Kuhn, tells KCBS Radio about the efforts to bring her employees home safely.  And how the fall of Afghanistan into the hands of the Taliban could undo decades of work, which has provided food and income to thousands across the war-torn country.
