President Biden will speak at the White House Correspondents' Association dinner tonight, discussing the importance of press freedom and the concerning detainment of journalists worldwide. 

The event takes place just days ahead of the 30th anniversary of the UN General Assembly's proclamation of World Press Freedom Day.
