It was a special day for Karl and Crew, as Karl broadcasted live with "The Rooftop-Pastor" Corey Brooks at New Beginnings Church on Chicago's South Side. Today kicks off the church's 72 Hours for Hope event, a nationwide campout to raise $5 million and complete the Project H.O.O.D. Leadership and Economic Opportunity Center. Project H.O.O.D. (Helping Others Obtain Destiny) seeks to create positive change, break down barriers, and build a brighter future for Chicago's underserved communities. Karl and the other participants had the opportunity to go out on the streets with donuts and coffee and pray with the community.
