Leadership and Economic Opportunity Center. Project H.O.O.D. (Helping Others Obtain Destiny) seeks to create positive change, break down barriers, and build a brighter future for Chicago's underserved communities. Karl and the other participants had the opportunity to go out on the streets with donuts and coffee and pray with the community.
