Ariel Frish, the security officer for Kiryat Shmona, the Upper Galilee border city that has been hit by scores of rockets from Lebanon during the war, says he is not happy with the ceasefire agreement under discussion. He predicted that most residents will not return to their homes if the ceasefire is signed.

KAN's Mark Weiss spoke with Frish as Amos Hochstein continued his talks in Jerusalem aimed at clinching a deal.
