I'm sharing my philosophies and stories of my life - and all the roles I play in that life including a parent, an entrepreneur, and woman who speaks her mind. Crazy stuff seems to happen to me all the time, and it seems to make people laugh. Together, we'll talk, we'll listen, we'll laugh and we'll cry - and I think we'll learn something along the way.

I'm not asking what your religious or spiritual beliefs are, I'm asking what you believe moment-to-moment which has a direct impact on your behaviour. If a friend who is glued to her phone doesn't respond immediately, do you "believe" that you must have upset her, or that she's gotten into an accident? Our immediate, micro beliefs have a far bigger impact than we realise.
