Patty shares her harrowing story of being trapped in her car during the 2023 firestorm in Malibu, and Captain Dix recounts his heroic rescue efforts. 

In this episode of the Way Home, Frank Mottek is joined by Mark Hood, CEO of the Union Rescue Mission, and Chief Jamie Moore, the new fire chief in Los Angeles. They discuss the importance of supporting local fire departments and the impact of the Union Rescue Mission's work in the community.
