We first met Rian Kanouff when he set the record for most naked skydives in a 24 hour period...a feat he did to honor a fallen friend and bring awareness to suicide prevention.

Now, since then, he has created Skydive First Project...an "adventure therapy" organization that is helping veterans, 1st responders and others deal with PTSD, depression, anxiety and more through skydiving...and learned all about it today
