Jerry “The King” Lawler is true wrestling royalty.
168 career championships, an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, as well as being the man behind the greatest work in wrestling history with his “feud” between he and comedian Andy Kauffman.
But on Sept 10th 2012, he had just finished a match and had returned to the broadcast table on the WWE Raw live broadcast when he had a near-fatal cardiac arrest.
His heart stopped for 22 minutes, paramedics hit him with the paddles 7 times…and he miraculously lived.
And this morning we talked to him about the 10th anniversary of that terrifying night.
