John Lund discusses the Seahawks' defense, led by Mike MacDonald, and how it has been able to shut down the 49ers' offense in their previous two meetings. He also talks about the 49ers' offense, which has been hampered by injuries and a lack of consistency. We hear some interesting insights from John Lynch and Kyle Shanahan, the 49ers' general manager and head coach, respectively, about their team's approach to the game.

One of the key points of discussion is the importance of the 49ers' running game, which has been a major factor in their success this season. The host also touches on the topic of Mac Jones and whether the 49ers would be willing to trade him for a draft pick.
