John is LIVE at the Honda Center in Anaheim gathering signatures to get The Homelessness, Drug Addiction and Theft Reduction Act on the November ballot.  It's an initiative to rewrite/amend Prop 47.  Guests include Matt Capelouto, father of Alexandra Capelouto (Alexandra's Law) who died due to fentanyl poisoning, State Assemblyman Bill Essayli, and OC DA Todd Spitzer.
