The LA Times also put out an article about Downtown LA businesses calling out the city for all of crime driving away businesses and customers that completely contradicts their article about crime being down. The homeless in Los Angeles that came here from a different state need to go back to where they came from! A woman was arrested at a CVS for stealing a bottle of wine and hid it in her private part.
