Xavier Becerra also explained one major difference between him and Newsom is that he speaks Spanish and Newsom does not. The CEO of the High-Speed Rail Authority has resigned and left the position. There is a new interim CEO of the High-Speed Rail Authority and it was the guy in charge of all of the money this entire time.
