Joey and Nancy Full Show 10-30-26

Joey shared that he asked his wife to check with their son’s doctor about melatonin because bedtime has been a struggle lately. He was shocked when the doctor advised against it, citing concerns about kids and adolescents, which led to a lively conversation about melatonin, magnesium spray, and Nancy’s family using melatonin gummies like candy.

The show shared a list of last-minute Halloween costume ideas for anyone who waited until the final day. Favorites included a ghost, tourist, burglar, bunch of grapes, serial killer made from cereal boxes, and what Nancy called the dumbest costume ever: a “ceiling fan” carrying pom-poms and cheering for the ceiling.

Hot Tea: A secret memoir written by Dolly Parton before her death sold for $13 million after a bidding war. Lainey Wilson’s husband Duck joked that friends now want him to introduce them to famous country stars. A six-year-old Kentucky boy trapped in traffic during a bridge shutdown sold $80 worth of school fundraiser chocolate bars in just a few minutes.

Joey, Nancy, Karly, and Wivick the Frog spent part of the day at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital dressed as Toy Story characters. Joey’s Woody costume was way too tight, missing pieces, and looked like a used costume, while Nancy’s Jessie outfit had its own fit issues. The group agreed that it was worth the embarrassment.

To get Nancy in the Halloween spirit, Joey sent her and Karly to investigate the station’s supposedly haunted basement bathroom. The biggest discovery was that the bathroom needs cleaning more than it needs an exorcism.

Lucky 7 for $50 to Old South Candy

Your Cowboy Pal Gunner called in for his annual Halloween Redneck Readings. He assured Paige that her happiness would continue, predicted Darren will retire at 60, and warned Karly that her relationship with Luke will last as long as she keeps him away from her friends.

Nancy celebrated a big milestone as grandson Greyson turned one year old. The show revisited audio from when Nancy first learned she was going to be a grandmother and was struggling with the idea of being called “Grandma.”
