Joey washed his bed sheet yesterday, but he was too tired to get them out of the dryer, so he slept on the mattress pad.  

Nancy tricked her son Ben into doing housework by saying she would let him go to baseball camp in Texas if he finished all the work. He didn’t know that she had already signed him up and booked the trip, regardless of the housework.
