Easter weekend recap! Joey felt pressured when getting the family ready for church. Nancy went to the 11am church service instead of the sunrise one because of the weather. Her grandson’s diaper leaked and got her shoes wet. Karly dressed as the Easter Bunny for her family party.  

Monday Morning Wake Up Call with 9-Year-Old Brantley 

We gave away Hardy tickets with a Hardy Haiku. We read haiku poems about a Hardy song and whoever guessed the song correctly won! 

Hot Tea: Zach Bryan had to cancel a show due to bad weather but pitched a fit about it. LeBron James thinks the Memphis Grizzlies need to move to Nashville. An inmate asked a judge for a longer prison sentence in court.  

Nancy realized that she is addicted to Arnold Palmer drinks (half tea/half lemonade). She gets antsy if she hasn’t had one in a while and immediately gets happy when she has one. Joey’s equivalent is a Diet Mountain Dew and Karly’s is a McDonald's Coke.  

The astronauts on the Artemis II space mission will orbit the moon today! A new company wants to position mirrors in space that can reflect sunlight onto a place when it’s still nighttime.

Joey needs parenting advice. His older son refuses to wear shorts and his younger one refuses to wear jeans. He wonders what the line is between picking his battles, making sure they’re dressed appropriately, and letting them choose their own style.

Joey was flicked in the face with soda from the straw of the man sitting next to him at the movies. It wasn’t on purpose, but it grossed Joey out.
