September 3, 2026: At the Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton School District, several teachers say they have operated in an atmosphere of fear, with little support or communication from district administrators. Meantime, teachers and parents say students face little to no consequences for bad behavior.

One current DGF employee told me, “The kids rule the school. They know there are no consequences for their behavior.”
