The Children's Advocacy Centers of Illinois are getting a big budget boost from the State of Illinois, providing more resources for their work assisting children who are the victims of physical or sexual abuse or other trauma. Emily Watts with the Jaycees talks with Jim Leach about the food, the music, the fireworks -- and the Patriotic Dog Pageant!
