We caught up with Carlos Zepeda, assistant director in policy and practice at the Laudato Si' Research Institute, as part of our Justice at COP28 series.
Carlos spoke of his experience working in ecology in his home country, El Salvador, his hopes and ambitions for the upcoming COP conference in Dubai, which he will be attending, and why we need a clear plan to get to the root of the problem when it comes to climate change.
