We've been at a statewide orange threat level for a little over 10 days now.
The state health department reporting this afternoon 6,362 confirmed cases in Utah. An increase of 111 from yesterday.
More than 500 have been hospitalized, but only 92 are currently in hospitals around the state.
State epidemiologist Dr. Angela Dunn says one more person has died since yesterday. But, she says we're maintaining a plateau in our cases.
Dr. Dunn says those still at high-risk for COVID-19 need to take precautions. She also says there's an established hotline for those needing additional help, like meal, grocery, or medication delivery. That's 1-877-424-4640.
Meanwhile, some people are choosing to NOT wear masks. And, they're telling us why.
