My niece is in the Girl Scouts, and it's cookie time! My sister wants me to help out with it again this year, post on social media, sell cookies to my friends and co-workers and pass the cookies out, and honestly, I just don't want to. I hate asking people to buy stuff and my sister is always so unorganized with everything. We run into this every year and she's kinda bullying me into it. Am I a jerk for not wanting to help? So, I'm the only woman in our house. I have two boys and of course a husband. My husband and sons think that it's okay to leave the seat up, since it's 3 against 1. All I want is for them to respectfully put the seat down and I need everyone to back me up on this because it's ridiculous. Shouldn't they have to put it down out of respect for me? - Sarah

I do hair for a living and I've had this client from hell lately. Basically, she comes in, always changes her mind midway through the haircut. So, then I have to redo my work. And she talks on her phone the whole time. This last time she came in, she couldn't even pay she had to leave an IOU and it's just been awful. And basically, I want to not serve her anymore, but, I just don't know if that's the kind of customer service I want. I really wish she would never come in anymore, but I don't know if it's worth cutting ties with her or if I should keep her on as the customer, and I need the morning show fam's advice on this today, please!!! - Kristy
