We are joined by one of the greatest bands in New Zealand history! The incredibly talented Joel & Miharo come in to chat about Harry Potter, Lord Of The Rings, and of course their new single Cassanova!

L.A.B return with their first new music for 2023 with the single ‘Casanova’. The track is lifted from their upcoming sixth album, and arrives just as the band get set to take on Europe and the UK for the first time this October.

L.A.B has taken out Best Single (‘Take It Away’) at the 2023 Rolling Stone Awards, an award the global Rolling Stone editors and select music journalists voted on. The band were also nominated for the Rolling Stone Global Award. After winning Best Group, Best Song, Best Album and Best Roots Artist two years in a row at the Aotearoa Music Awards and taking out Best Record at the 2022 Rolling Stone Awards, their new album will be their first since late 2021.

The coming summer will see them perform two special shows alongside the legendary Sublime.
