Grand Forks Central and Grand Forks Red River are moving down to 11A for football starting in the 2021 season.

11AA will be the highest division of high school football in North Dakota, followed by 11A, 11B and 9B starting in 2021. 

11AA and 11A are going to be made up from Class A schools, while 11B and 9B will be made up from Class B schools.
