To retrain your brain, you must put in a great deal of effort, believing you are doing your best isn’t enough.
There is no perfect and no right or wrong don’t hold onto the fear and hate. I went to extremes and It didn’t help.
The true nature of life is to feel alive and to focus on what’s important to you, learning to look after yourself.
