   This morning---Neil King will share the highlights of those numbers thru August---he releases the figures---we also invited Tony Bachman –statistician for what we do with the figures---Dave Kelly---with the financial look at what means---and perhaps a couple of others---

  Number of single family units is at 260---258 at this time last year—multiple family units—1166 compared to 846 last year
