 - What did you do to establish this company/insurance group?

I work for the FMO USA Benefits group and FMO stands for Field Marketing Organization They were already established and they've been around for 38 years and they have an A Plus rating with a Better Business Bureau. I just answered an ad for sales about 25 years ago to sell underneath them. I work for myself and have no boss and 100% Commission. The beautiful thing about what I do is no matter what the situation I always have a product for the customer no matter what as I am licensed to sell over 50 products from health insurance to life insurance division dental you name it. As brokers we all work under Fmos I have probably one of the best Fmos in the country as they do a great job not only in training but support and anything I need they have a solution for which in turn is great for my customers because I always have a solution for their health insurance needs.

 - How can we  help promote this?

I would just love for you guys to embrace me and what I can do for people!  This means driving people to my website -Your choice health plan dot net. Once there, they can request a quote and they don't even have to talk to anyone. It can all be done by email but I do like to talk to my clients to make sure that they're healthy.  Also I like to use the saying Don't Fret go to your choice health plan dot net to request quote.. People these days fret over health insurance and it's really very simple in that you have to have a good agent to one put them in a great product and two most importantly help them use that product and be big on customer service and answer their call. Don't fret go to yourchoicehealthplan.net and request a quote lol...If the traffic person or whoever reports on the traffic hourly-COULD EMBRACE this phrasiolgy THIS IS HUGE!!  A lot of times the traffic person has "dead air" and doesn’t say anything - they could say that? Lol..no worries if not..I always like to talk to the traffic person to before they would do such just so I can help them in many ways.

 - Who does it approach (target audience)--and who is answering most, and getting the most help from this insurance?

We try to target self-employed people that are overpaying for health insurance, or that don't have insurance, or people on COBRA, or people that have work insurance that's just really too high. My main demographic is someone aged 40 to under 65. Last, With the majority of the plans that we sell people have to be healthy with no heart attacks strokes cancers as these plans are underwritten which means they cannot get these affordable plans if they're unhealthy people. People that are unhealthy with heart attacks, strokes, and cancers have to go to the marketplace because these are not in the written and they will take everybody no matter how unhealthy they are but, the drawback is it's very expensive. There are a lot of people on the marketplace that are completely healthy and vastly overpay because they think that's the only place that they can get health insurance. That's the person that I want someone that's overpaying and maybe on the marketplace and healthy and thinking they have no options We help that type of person a lot And cut their health insurance premiums a lot of time in half.

---how they reach you for more information –that could indeed be life-changing and more healthy for you with yes much more confidence that you are doing what is right---

  Topics for discussion:

  • Infectious disease update - where is the state on measles, influenza, sexually transmitted infections?
  • Community Health Workers - a relatively new type of workforce that helps patients navigate healthcare and community resources

Although chiropractors get a reputation for being ‘bone doctors’ or ‘joint doctors’, at our foundation

we’re actually more like ‘nerve doctors’. Although we adjust the bone to restore proper motion and

position within a joint, the goal behind doing that has, since chiropractic was first discovered in 1895,

has been to influence nerve flow. Since that time, there have been some changes in how exactly we do

so, but even with modern science, the consensus is that chiropractic adjustments have significant,

measurable positive impacts on the nervous system and nerve flow.

The original idea was that subluxations, the misalignment and fixations in the spine which chiropractors

treat, resulted in nerves being pinched and cutting off their nerve flow. We now know that, while that

can happen, it’s usually a severe problem by that point as the pressure needed to be pinching a nerve

required to restrict nerve flow is significant. We now know that in the vast majority of cases, it’s instead

nerve irritation that we’re relieving. Basically, when a nerve gets brushed up on an irritated, it starts

sending aberrant signals that go out to the rest of the body without any regulation or control from the

central nervous system.

Going back to the term I mentioned earlier, subluxation, what it literally means is ‘sub’ – less than, and

‘luxation’ an old term for a dislocation. So basically, not out of the joint space, but rather sitting

incorrectly within the joint space. This is especially significant and part of why chiropractors became so

associated with helping low back pain in particular. Basically, because chiropractors were working along

the spine and evaluating the nervous system, we were able to find causes of low back pain before the

medical community at large even considered low back pain to be a real diagnosis unless caused by

muscle tension or a fractured spine. It wasn’t until 1934 that low back pain other than those cases was

considered a real diagnosis and not malingering or all in the patient’s head. As such, being able to

provide relief for something that was widely ignored led to is getting that renown albeit arguably at the

expense of losing sight of the wider range of things chiropractors are able to help with.

Finally, due to chiropractic affecting the nervous system in general, it’s especially important for young

kids to get adjusted regularly, every few months, since as long as they’re still growing, it’s important to

be growing in the right direction and with proper nerve function as they do.

So if you’re looking for a chiropractor to help with low back pain, neck pain, headaches, or even organic

issues that you haven’t been able to get relief from through medical means, we have three chiropractors

at Jorde Chiropractic Clinic. You can find us online at jordechiropractic.com and even book online, or call

us at 6053350880. We’re located at 37 th and center, just north of the Hy-vee on Minnesota Avenue. Our

hours are MWF 9-5:30, TTh 9-1230, and Saturday 9-noon.
